My name is Connie Cook. I am originally from Wellington, Kansas where I have lived most of my life. I am a Wellington High School graduate. After high school, I attended Emporia State University. I had a desire to do something other than my chosen major. I elected to attend The American College of Health Careers in Oklahoma City where I became a Registered Dental Assistant. Thus began my dental career in the mid-seventies. I quickly learned I loved dentistry and eventually attended WSU and obtained my degree in Dental Hygiene in 1990.
I practiced many years in Winfield before I moved to Dodge City and lived there four years. I now reside in Garden City and look forward to becoming a long-time resident. I love animals and spending time with my family.
